China and the Total Solar Eclipse

Our group of 41 spent 17 days traveling through amazing China. We had two buses, the Dragons and the Pandas. A bit of friendly rivalry ensued! Everyone was impressed at the huge advances the country has made in recent years. Our group was led by Chris Lee, owner of ChinaPlus who did a fantastic job. Every part of the trip was well organized. Our accommodations and guides were top notch. China has to be seen to be believed. Spectacular history and Jetson's-style buildings combine in this rapidly advancing country. The eclipse gods were not kind to us. We were clouded out in Jinshanwei, south of Shanghai. However, the rest of the trip more than made up for it!
